How do I cancel?

Open Quoira → AccountManage subscription. You’ll be sent to Stripe’s customer portal where you can cancel in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period · we don’t pro-rate refunds, but you keep full access until the period ends.

Your data isn’t deleted when you cancel. You have 30 days to change your mind or export everything before deletion runs.

How do I export my data?

Open Quoira → SettingsYour memoryExport. You’ll get a download link emailed to you within an hour, containing everything Atlas knows about you in a portable format you can read or import elsewhere.

You can do this any time, paid or unpaid, before or after cancellation.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account at any time, email hello@quoira.ai and we’ll walk you through the 30-day grace period and final deletion. If you cancel your subscription, the same 30-day grace period applies automatically · everything is deleted on day 31 unless you reactivate.

What happens to my data if I don’t subscribe?

The same as if you did.

Your substrate is yours. Export it any time. Delete it any time. We’ll delete everything when you cancel. No data held to coerce you back.

That promise doesn’t depend on subscription status.

Can I change between Individual, Student, and Family plans?

Yes. Open Quoira → AccountManage subscriptionSwitch plan. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Why is Atlas saying something weird about my memory?

Two possibilities. Either Atlas is wrong (it happens · Atlas tracks its own accuracy and will recalibrate over time), or Atlas is right and you don’t like what it noticed. Both are useful. Email us if a memory is factually wrong and we’ll help you correct or remove it.

My voice call dropped · Atlas isn’t responding · something feels broken.

Email hello@quoira.ai with a quick description of what happened and which device you were on. Voice and real-time features depend on multiple services · sometimes one of them has a bad minute. We’ll tell you whether it’s something we can fix or whether it was a service interruption that’s already resolved.

Is there a phone number?

No. Email reaches Stuart faster and creates a written record you can refer back to. Email also doesn’t require either of us to be in the same time zone at the same moment.

Is there a community · Discord · forum?

Not yet. By design. Quoira is private space, not social space. If we add a community surface later, it will be opt-in, anonymous, and structured around The Moment and the Wisdom Layer rather than around general discussion.
