Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026  ·  Quoira, Stuart Kass (Sole Owner)

The short version: Quoira exists to serve you. Your conversations with Atlas are private by default. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use it only to provide the service to you.

Every other AI logs your questions against your identity. Quoira doesn’t. Before any of your context reaches Anthropic, OpenAI, or anyone else, Atlas strips it — your name, the names of people in your life, your email, your phone number — and replaces them with anonymous tokens. Atlas reasons over the abstracted version. You see the real names; the AI never does. This isn’t a privacy policy. It’s how the system is built.

Coming next

Next: substrate-only routing, where your most sensitive questions never leave Quoira at all.

1. Who we are

Quoira is owned and operated by Stuart Kass. When this policy says "Quoira", "we", "us" or "our", it means Stuart Kass, sole owner. Contact: hello@quoira.ai

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Ever.

4. Who we share data with

We share your data only with the services required to run Quoira:

We do not share your data with anyone else. No data brokers. No advertisers. No analytics platforms that profile you.

5. Your conversations are private

Your conversations with Atlas are stored in your account. They are not read by Quoira staff unless you submit a support request that requires it, or we are legally required to. Even then, access is logged and minimised.

Atlas's memory of you — the patterns, predictions, and understanding it builds over time — exists only to serve you. It is not analysed to build profiles for sale or advertising.

6. Data retention & substrate ownership

Your substrate is yours. Export it any time. Delete it any time. We'll delete everything when you cancel. No data held to coerce you back.

From Settings → Your substrate, you can export your full substrate as a JSON file, delete some of it, or delete all of it. Selective deletes are immediate. Complete deletes are immediate.

When you cancel your subscription, we preserve your substrate for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that 30-day grace period, we send you a final export by email and then delete everything: conversations, observations, Mirror, documents, embeddings, all of it. A minimal audit-log record is retained for legal and fraud-prevention purposes only, and contains no substrate content.

Error-tracking infrastructure (Sentry) used to diagnose product issues never receives substrate content; PII and conversation content are scrubbed before any event leaves our servers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

Most of these rights are exercisable directly from Settings → Your substrate. For anything not covered there, email hello@quoira.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Quoira is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and review them regularly. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover a breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Quoira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
