What happens when I cancel?
We wait 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, we send you a final export of your substrate and delete everything. No data held to coerce you back.
Can I export my substrate any time?
Yes. From Settings → Your substrate. Single JSON file. Yours to keep.
Can I delete things Atlas remembers?
Yes. From the same Settings page. Some of it, or all of it. Can’t be undone — that’s the point.
Where does payment go?
Stripe handles billing. You manage your subscription from inside the app (Settings → Subscription) — not from a separate logged-out checkout that’s easy to forget about.
Is there a free tier?
No. The depth of memory Atlas builds requires real infrastructure cost per user. Holding part of the product back behind a higher price would compromise what Quoira is.
